Paul Summers (B Comm, MBA)
Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working both locally and internationally before returning to Perth and joining the family business in 2004. Paul purchased the business in 2010 after having seen the business grow from its humble beginnings to steering it to become the largest independent wholesaler in the WA Healthcare market.
Howard Johnson
Howard joined Surgical Dynamics in 2018 having spent over 20 years in various Sales, Marketing and Management roles within the healthcare industry. Howard has a clinical Nursing background as a Registered Nurse, with Post graduate certificate in Anaesthetic nursing. Howard is passionate about improving the lives of customers, and ultimately patients, seeking to provide tailored solutions to improve outcomes. Howard is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management WA.
Tanya Ricciardi
Tanya obtained a Bachelor of Nursing, & spent her early career working in the Operative & Peri-operative environments. Tanya joined Surgical Dynamics in April 2011, and has over 20 years experience in various sales/marketing roles. Tanya’s substantial clinical and commercial experience provide customers with a level of understanding and attention that is second to none. Tanya is an extremely dynamic force who works tirelessly to exceed customer expectations.

Cherie joined Surgical Dynamics in 2019 and has over 20 years experience working in various roles within the healthcare industry. Cherie has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to anticipate the ever changing needs of her customers. Cherie works to deliver on our solid reputation, with purposeful engagement that builds meaningful and mutually beneficial customer relationships.
